The Care recipient (cr) stumbles and doesn’t seem to have very much leg strength

Try: Try doing exercises that strengthen the leg muscles to improve balance in a seated position with good posture and feet flat on the floor cross arms over chest or hold a ball with both hands at chest level keeping weight on the heels stand up using hands as little as possible or not at all when bending forward to stand up keep back and shoulders straight take at least 3 seconds to sit back down repeat 8 to 15 times or as many as comfortably possible rest then do another 8 repetitions this exercise can be done 3 or 4 times a week
