Try: Try doing exercises that strengthen the leg muscles to improve balance sit toward the edge of a chair with good posture and knees bent place feet flat on the floor raise heels up off the floor coming up onto the balls of the feet hold for 1 second then release repeat 10 to 15 times rest briefly then do another 10 to 15 rest briefly then do another 10 to 15 this exercise can be done 3 or 4 times a week
