The Care recipient (cr) has poor balance and stumbles a lot

Try: Try exercises that will strengthen leg muscles and improve balance strengthen the muscles around the knee by performing a seated leg extension sit up straight with feet flat on the floor and place hands on the thighs slowly extend the right leg by lifting the foot into the air until the leg is straight flex the muscles of the knee and upper thigh hold for 3 seconds and return to the starting position breathe out as the leg is extended and breathe in as the leg is lowered back down repeat on the same leg 10 to 15 times and then switch legs repeat this exercise 2 or 3 times 2 or 3 times a week
