The Care recipient (cr) has poor balance and stumbles a lot

Try: Try exercises that will strengthen leg muscles and improve balance sit up straight in a chair with feet flat on the floor begin by raising the right foot off the ground and lifting the knee then switch and raise the left foot as if marching in place but while seated march for 2 to 3 minutes and then begin using arm movements as well to increase the heart rate further the cr could also raise his her arms up and down out to the side or out in front of him her the cr can also raise them up and down into the air over his her head continue this movement for 5 to 7 minutes 3 or 4 times a week
