Try: Turn the cr on his or her side tuck the visible portion of the brief under the cr wash up area exposed tuck a folded half of a new brief next to the old one and lay out the other half under the cr turn cr back onto the other side pull the old brief out along with the new one and wash the area exposed and then secure the new brief in place pay attention to cr’s skin look for irritated or red areas these areas should be cleansed patted dry not rubbed with a soft towel apply a moisture barrier with lotion
