Try: Spend time listening to the cr to help understand the issue take notes during this conversation if possible invite the family member who is being accused to discuss this problem with the cr while you are present having a non-threatening third party involved in the conversation can help prevent escalation of the issue help the cr and the family member come to a conclusion concerning the situation and agree on how it could be handled better in the future
