Try: Keep blood circulating to the feet as much as possible put feet up when sitting or lying down stretch if sitting for a long time walk regularly have a gentle foot massage take a warm foot bath check feet regularly or have caregiver (cg) check them try to avoid pressure from shoes that do not fit right try not to expose feet to cold temperatures do not sit for long periods of time with legs crossed do not smoke wear comfortable shoes that fit well to prevent foot pain and other foot problems
