Care recipient (cr) is having trouble maintaining his her shoulder mpotion to turn over in bed due to moderate paralysis

Try: Suggest that cr try doing the following exercise every day lie on back on a firm bed interlace fingers with hands resting on stomach slowly raise hands directly over chest straightening elbows slowly move hands to one side and then the other when all repetitions have been completed bend elbows and return hands to resting position on stomach note if shoulder pain occurs move only to the point where it begins to hurt if the pain continues don’t do this exercise
