Try: If cr wears glasses make sure his glasses are adequate if the cr gets headaches while foing close up work like reading or sewing he she may want to get glasses so he can see better try applying an ice pack to the painful area of the cr’s head try placing it on the cr’s forehead temples or on the back of the cr’s neck
