Try: #have the cr remove shoes and socks and sit in a chair #place a full size bath towel flat on the floor in front of the cr #scrunch the towel with toes and keep the heel flat on the floor #let go and repeat until the cr has moved the entire towel towards him or herself #do the exercise again in reverse; pushing the towel away with the toes until the towel is unraveled
