The Care recipient (cr) has low vision and is having trouble identifying medication bottles from one another because they all look and feel the same

Try: Use rubber bands to identify medications for example 1 band medication x 2 bands medication y and so on make a master list in a format the cr can read large print or braille place list in a convenient place for easy reference such as taping list to inside of medicine cabinet door
