Try: Assist the cr with the following #stand with arms at sides #place feet shoulder width apart #step forward keeping the body as vertical as possible look ahead while lunging forward start by stepping only a small distance away from the other foot gradually increase distance as feels comfortable #go back to the starting position #repeat 8-10 times
