Try: Help the cr with the following #sit in a kitchen chair that has been pushed close to a wall #extend the leg to the wall so the end of foot is touching the wall #push against the wall with the end of the foot in all 4 directions of ankle movement, up down inward and outward #hold each direction for 10 seconds
