The Care recipient (cr) is on medicare and needs to find a new doctor either by choice or because of relocation

Try: Contant local physicians and ask if they are taking on new medicare patients ask for a referral from a local senior center or hospital if the cr finds a doctor he or she really likes or needs to see but they will not take on another medicare patient consider purchasing a small private health insurance policy to cover the additional co-pay
