Try: In a tactful and polite manner tell the cr that you are too busy to talk right now make an excuse to get the cr off of the phone and call back later for example someone’s at the door or i have another call on the other line ask friends or relatives to call the cr throughout the day stop by for a visit or go on outings with the cr try to get the cr involved in an online chat group that he or she would be interested in
