Try: Try exercises that will strengthen leg muscles and improve the cr’s balance hold a small 5-8 pound dumbbell in left hand and slowly reach forward to the left as far as possible pause 3 seconds and then slowly return to the start position repeat 5-10 times hold a small 5-8 pound dumbbell in right hand and slowly reach forward to the right as far as possible pause 3 seconds and then slowly return to the start position repeat 5-10 times complete this exercise twice for each side this exercise can be done 2 or 3 times a week
