Care recipient (cr) can’t verbally communicate to care giver cg that he she is too hot or too cold

Try: Watch for signs that cr is too hot or too cold for example if cr is too warm he she might repeatedly try to remove a blanket cg can take off the blanket and try putting a cool cloth on his her head
