Care recipient (cr) can’t verbally communicate to care giver cg that he she is too hot or too cold

Try: Watch for signs that cr is too hot or too cold for example if cr is hunching his her shoulders pulling the covers up or even shivering, those could be signs of cold make sure there is no draft raise the heat and add another blanket but avoid electric blankets because they can get too hot
