A visually impaired Care recipient (cr) has difficulty in taking oral medications correctly

Try: Gather med list med box and med bottles the cr uses the magnifying glass to check the med list and place correct meds in appropriate slots set clock or watch to beep and state time that meds are due have the cr use the magnifying glass to make sure meds are being taken from correct slot

Materials: Medication bottles with large print labels request from pharmacy magnifying glass med box with large print talking clock or beeping watch with large numbers med list instructions
