Care recipient (cr) only has use of one hand arm to eat with and needs help learning to do this task independently

Try: If cr has trouble cutting up food try using special cutlery like a rocker knife cheese knife and a non-slip mat under plate if cr has trouble keeping food from moving off the plate try using a plate guard or a plate with a lip if cr has trouble buttering bread try using a buttering board with a non-slip mat underneath to hold bread steady

Materials: Rocker knife cheese knife non-slip mat plate plate guard or plate with a lip buttering board
